SUPERVISORY SAFETY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCIDENT INVESTIGATION
Dates:February 5 or November 4, 2008

Target Audience: :Supervisors, Managers, Safety team members
CLASS OVERVIEW: This course is targeted for the first line supervisor who plays an important role in the safety and health of their employees. The instructor: will review specific safety responsibilities to include safety compliance requirements along with an intense overview of accident investigations. A review of direct, contributing, and root causes of accidents will be discussed along with specific details on completing an effective accident investigation.

Target Audience: HR professionals and other managers with responsibility for developing and applying company policies and practices.
CLASS OVERVIEW: This comprehensive workshop is a practical how-to for the entire AAP process. The two-day workshop includes: AAP requirements and governing authority; data gathering and analysis; AAP narrative development; AAP for females and minorities; AAP for Vietnam era veterans; AAP for the handicapped; under-utilization review and goal setting; AAP updates; audits; and annual maintenance; and applicant flow documentation and maintenance. Attendees will go away with a template to prepare their own AAP.
